Where Where you Born? I was Born in Tacoma Washington. I do not remember much of that place as when I was only 3 month old my mom took me to Germany to live with my father.
Did you live in Germany long? I grew up in Germany and left it in the year of 1979 when I came back to the United States.
Do you Speak German? Unfortunately  I do not, in 1980 I was told by one of the local US schools that speaking German and English is wrong, therefore I was not allowed to speak German and English in the school or the home for 3 years, unfortunately I forgot the German I knew.
What do you do for fun? I spend time reading books and mucking about with my computer
What type of music do you listen to? I like to listen to soft rock, I have a love for New Age music by Enya, Inkubus and Poison.
Why did you change your major? In September 2001 there was a great tragedy that happened in the United States in the City of New York, Because of this I was laid off from my job with Gateway, after that I could not find work. I was unemployed for nearly 2 years, I tried to enhance my education in the networking field but no one was hiring and I still have not found another entry level job. So I talked to a friend whose family runs a morgue he recommended the Anthropology / Forensic degree because I would always be able to find work.
If I have questions can I email them to you? YES! Please email me at jack.student@gmail.com and I will answer them here or by emailing you.

How did you start photography?

My father was a master photographer, I learned allot from him. I found that I still love photography.

What degrees do you have?

At this current moment I have An Associates Degree in Computer Networking Systems. I am currently working on my Bachelors. It will be in Anthropology with a minor in Fine Art.

Why are you studying Anthropology and not something in the computer fields?

When I was laid off from Gateway, I looked for work for over 3 years. No one wanted to hire anyone that did not have a bachelor’s degree in Computer information systems. When I started at the University Of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS), I found I looked Anthropology more then computer sciences.

Do you still fix computers?

I do fix computers every day, and I will work on them until I can't or until I am dead.

Way are all your pictures of plants and not people or animals?

One of the main reasons I photograph plants and animals, is the simple fact that no one wants to let me photograph them. I have set up model photograph times and the models don’t come or they just stop responding. I tried to do nudes and I can’t find anyone that wants to due them. My kids won’t let me photograph them. So when it comes to people I think I have just given up on photographing them.

Can you photograph me?

I would love to! Just shoot me an email to jack.student@gmail.com

Do you teach people how to photograph?

What classes have you taken?

I never really thought about it. I would be more then happy to teach anyone the art.
